I need parts annealed or stress relieved without alpha case. Who has vacuum furnace capacity in my size?
What it is
Annealing, solution treating, aging or stress relieving in a vacuum or inert atmosphere furnace. Required for reactive metals, which would otherwise pick up oxygen and form a brittle surface layer.

Ask which plant and which furnace before sizing a part to it.
