Titanium Vacuum Heat Treatment
I need parts annealed or stress relieved without alpha case. Who has vacuum furnace capacity in my size?
What it is

Processes include annealing, stress relieving, degassing and brazing, with water quench systems installed specifically for titanium. NADCAP heat treating accredited and AS9100 registered. SIZE CAVEAT: this is the LARGEST UNIT across a seven-plant network, not the envelope of this particular process at any one site. Re-confirmed 2026-07-30 as 48 feet long and 150,000 pound capacity; the previously recorded '90+ furnaces' count could not be re-confirmed and has been dropped. Ask which plant and which furnace before sizing a part to it.
