Silicon Nitride Metallization and Brazing

I need a hermetic ceramic-to-metal seal or feedthrough. Who metallises and brazes it?

What it is

Depositing thin metal layers, typically tungsten or copper, onto a ceramic surface so that filler metal will wet it, then brazing the ceramic to metal hardware. This is how a ceramic becomes part of a hermetic assembly, which it otherwise cannot.

Silicon nitride is named in Morgan's material list for metallised and brazed ceramic-to-metal assemblies. Metallising uses molybdenum- or tungsten-based paint followed by nickel plating; braze alloys include copper, gold and silver plus active braze alloys. Assemblies are hermetic and hold ultra-high vacuum at elevated temperature. Which US site runs this is NOT established. The capability pages are the UK corporate ones.
