Aramid Composite Hand Layup

My part is low rate or large enough that automation does not pay. Who lays it up by hand and cures it?

What it is

Placing plies into a mold by hand to a defined ply schedule, then bagging and curing. Labor intensive but unbeatable on tooling cost at low volume and complex geometry.
