What it is
Placing plies into a mold by hand to a defined ply schedule, then bagging and curing. Labor intensive but unbeatable on tooling cost at low volume and complex geometry.

Hand layup and vacuum bag moulding. Aramid (Kevlar) fabric is named explicitly among the materials processed. NOTE: ACP is an AS9100D structural composite shop, not an armor house. No ballistic testing or threat-level qualification is claimed.
