Arconic Verified
Hot rolling named explicitly among 'cold rolling and hot rolling processes' producing aluminium coils, sheets and plates. Davenport Works, Bettendorf Iowa. Commonly and wrongly reported as Tennessee. A September 2025 expansion is stated to have roughly doubled domestic HIGH PURITY aluminium production for aerospace and defense.

Constellium Reported
Hot rolling of aluminium plate at Ravenswood. Hot rolling is recorded from the plate and sheet line rather than a separately named process step: rolled plate is by definition hot rolled before it is cold finished, and this is an integrated rolling mill. Held at medium for that reason.

Kaiser Aluminum Reported
Cast ingot is heated above 800 F and hot rolled in the Trentwood, Washington mills. Trentwood is described as one of only three mills in the country making heat-treated aerospace-grade aluminium, and the only US rolling mill west of the Mississippi. Recorded from trade coverage: the company's own site describes 'semi-fabricated aluminum products' without naming process steps.
