A 10,000 ton press with a 16 inch container is being installed at Russellville, with limited production from Q3 2026; it supersedes the 8,600 ton figure this entry previously reported as current. Billets run 7, 9, 11, 16 and 20 inch, which lets Taber produce one-piece profiles most US extruders cannot. Double-wall hollow extrusions to 6.25 inches tall by 32 inches wide. Full alloy range across the 1xxx to 7xxx series. Re-confirmed 2026-07-30: the extrusion envelope stands, and Taber's own cast house producing ITAR and BABA compliant billet was added to the record this pass. BABA is Build America Buy America, an infrastructure procurement rule, not DFARS specialty metals and not the Berry Amendment.
